At Clark Street Sports, we want you to represent your team with pride; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your sports gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Merchandise

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our Chicago fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
